Summer is already here, but sometimes cool temperatures still surprise sometimes. To live these changes associated with the return of good weather, some essential oils can help regenerate the body, purify and restore the tone and good mood.
Lemon essential oil
To energize and drain at the same time, the lemon essential oil is ideal. It is used during detox treatments especially for its action on the liver. It also helps to better digest or purify the air.
To lighten the stomach and mood, nothing like breathing a drop of lemon on a handkerchief. You can also drop a drop in a teaspoon of olive oil and swallow it – to make a cure a few days twice a day.
In diffusion in the air, lemon essential oil cleanses while providing a fresh and pleasant smell. Its invigorating fragrance is particularly recommended in case of “blow of slack”: a wind of lemon and the gloom goes away. It is also ideal during the spring cleaning.

Namely: this oil is hypertensive, so you should seek advice from your doctor.
Used in cosmetics, it has anti-wrinkle effects. You can add a drop of this essential oil in your night cream to get a natural anti-aging effect. It must be done in the evening because you must not expose yourself to the sun after applying this oil. It is also effective against skin problems such as acne, spots or scabs – it is used then diluted in vegetable oil (1 drop of HE in 20 drops of vegetable oil).
It can finally be used in cooking, perfuming sauces or salad dressings.
Tarragon essential oil
Useful for those who suffer from allergic rhinitis and other symptoms related to seasonal allergies, tarragon essential oil has antihistamine properties.
It can be taken orally, two to three drops in a teaspoon of oil, 2 to 3 times a day during seizures and two weeks before prevention.
Sweet orange essential oil
If we know well the winter depression, the blow of emotional fatigue related to the arrival of the beautiful days also exists. Some people are particularly sensitive to changes in brightness and rhythm. Others have come out so exhausted from the winter that they no longer feel they have the resources to participate in the revival of projects that are bubbling around them and to a more intense social life.
The sweet orange essential oil helps maintain a positive mood. Make it broadcast 10 to 20 minutes two to three times a day.
